WPC CERTIFICATE WPC stands for Wireless Planning and Coordination, which falls under the Wing of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, which was founded in 1952 with established headquarters in New Delhi and Regional Offices based in Guwahati, Calcutta, Mumbai, and Chennai. The essential responsibility of WPC is the issuance of licenses regarding amateur radio licenses, along with monitorisation and administration over the frequency spectrum.   4. PROCESS OF WPC APPROVAL 1. Checking EN Standard and RF-Test Report - WPC ETA certification starts with the checking of EN Standard and frequency range in RF-Test report of the product. If frequency range falls under the mandatory devices which works under DE Licence then a self-declaration certificate is issued. Preparing Documents - After verifying the frequency range from RF- Report, all above-mentioned documents are collected accordingly. Online portal generation - WPC online Application must be filled on Saral Sanchar portal for login credentials. Online Payment of Government Fee - Government fee will be paid online. Online/Offline submission of Documents - Applicant need to submit all required documents to WPC authority both online as well as offline for a specific type of license. Verification of Documents - WPC officials will verify the documents and RF test report. If the document presented are not in order, WPC officials may request for the missing document or any further information, as the case may be, for clarification purposes. EPR CERTIFICATE Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) has been introduced in many jurisdictions around the world to ensure that effective processes and infrastructure are in place for collecting, sorting, and recycling product and packaging material waste. Mandatory legislation, EPR is an environmental protection strategy outlining that responsibility for the sustainable and safe take-back, recycling, and final disposal of products and packaging at the end of their lifecycle should remain with the producers and the importers and retailers of those materials, rather than being passed on to the government, the public, and the resource industry.   8. PROCESS OF EPR APPROVAL 1. Process starts with registration at CPCB/SPCB by submission of relevant documents required by CPCB which mainly consist of an action plan, agreement, certificates, licenses, etc. Next step starts with the role of authorised waste management agency to collect back agreed volume of post consumer plastic waste in a period of 1 year from desired location and recycle or dispose it safely as per CPCB/SPCB guidelines.
