This is an intensive retreat with 6 hours of deep trance and shamanic journeying each day as we meditate, enter ceremonies, heal old wounds, fears and destructive ego patterns, & allow Spirit to restore our inner and outer selves. Itinerary : 30th April : Arrive in Kathmandu International Airport. Pick up and Transfer on a 2 hours scenic drive out of Kathmandu valley towards the magic mountains of Dhulikhel. Nepal shamanism
