In the olden days people used to eat bread that was made of whole grain flour, but nowadays we use whole wheat flour. So, the question arises, what is the difference between whole wheat flour and whole grain flour. Nowadays, most of the bakeries sell bread made of white flour, but not all. Some bakeries still sell bread that is made of whole wheat flour. So, what is the difference between whole wheat flour and whole grain flour? Here is a quick comparison between whole wheat flour and whole grain flour. What is whole wheat flour? Whole wheat flour is a flour that has the bran, germ, and endosperm. This is the reason why it is considered as whole grain flour. It is the whole part of the wheat, not just the white part. What is whole grain flour? Whole grain flour is made of all three parts of the wheat kernel. It contains the bran, germ, and endosperm. The main differences Whole wheat flour and whole grain flour are the same, but the differences are not too much. However, one difference is that whole wheat flour is made of all three parts of the wheat kernel while whole grain flour contains the bran, germ, and endosperm. So, what is the main difference between whole wheat flour and whole grain flour? The main difference is that whole wheat flour is made of all three parts of the wheat kernel, whereas whole grain flour contains the bran, germ, and endosperm. Both of them are good for our health, but whole wheat flour is a better option.
