  1. Summary The Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) club that I was in during high school was required to find a fundraiser that we could take part in. We did some research and found the March of Dimes. This is a walk to raise money to help save prematurely born babies.

  2. Process As the members of the club, we were responsible to go door to door in efforts to get donations for March of Dimes. I personally got 10 donations which totaled $160. I was proud of myself as well as the club which raised over $2,500. Next we went to the actual event where we walked for sponsors who donated more money based on the distance walked. We ended up raising over the $2,500. Safe to say it was a very successful event.

  3. Looking Back… I won’t be home from college during the fundraiser this year but I do know some of the kids still in the club so I will most likely end up donating or sponsoring so I can help support the cause once again.
