  1. The smart citizen “I don’t want to live in a smart city!” “My neighbours and I are pretty smart and we can look after ourselves!” “London just needs to get better at helping us live smartly together”

  2. The city is people; not infrastructure and systems! • We come to London to collaborate and have fun with other people, and the city needs to make that easy for us • It needs to provide us with the information we needto help us make sensible choices • It needs to make it easy for us to make our voice heard when decisions are being made that will affect us

  3. A smarter London.. • Mustn’t be about managers being able to control me and my community more effectively • Rather, it has to be about re-designing London around us Londoners; helping us live the kind of life we want together • And about giving all us Londoners the tools to help our city work better.
