  2. Government The government of Ireland is referred to as the Rebublic of Ireland. The president is Michael D. Higgins. Each term is seven years.

  3. History The history of Ireland includes things like war, business, and solving war. A businessman fired forty works suspecting they worked for a rival business. IRA Chief Frank Aiken ended war by telling volunteering people to stand down.

  4. The Flag The flag of Ireland is three stripes. It goes green, white, and last orange. Each color has a meaning.

  5. Religion The people of Ireland have multiple religions all together. There is a few different religions. These religions are Roman Catholic, Church of Ireland, Christian, and other small religions.

  6. Layout of Ireland Ireland has many rock covered areas. It has some flattish spots. There is lots of nature depending on this terrane.

  7. Dublin Dublin is the capital of Ireland. It is at the east coast of ireland. The mouth of River Liffey to be exact.

  8. Sports In Ireland, they play many sports.They play sports like boxing and target shooting. They even have greyhound races.

  9. The Dublin Lock-out The Dublin Lock-out was in 1913. It involved almost 20,000 workers and about 300 employers. The lockout started August 26, 1913 and ended January 18, 1914.

  10. Wildlife of Ireland Ireland is a snake free island. It does have animals like moles and rodents though. There is even badgers on Ireland.
