BROTES DE Salmonella enteritidis 2004-2005 Lima (13 personas) : 5 aislamientos por consumo de pollo con mayonesa Madre de Dios (15 personas): 4 aislamientos humanos y 2 de alimento Tacna : 13 aislamientos , en un comedor por consumo de causa con atun y mayonesa. Huánuco: Criadero de cobayos S. typhimurirum S. kunduchi

  7. ESTUDIOS QUE SE PROPONE REALIZAR - Estudio de genotipificación por PFGE para la caracterización epidemiológica de los brotes de Salmonella - Vigilancia bacteriológica de Salmonella , Shigella y E. coli O157:H7

  8. INTERCONEXION CON EPIDEMIOLOGIA MINSA : 34 Direcciones Regionales de Salud con 4923 Unidades notificantes: - 153 Hospitales - 1153 Centros de Salud - 3543 Puestos de salud - 74 Otros Fuente : Oficina General Epidemiología del MINSA

  9. FLUJO DE INFORMACION BASE DE DATOS NACIONAL : No contamos con el Software adecuado para interpretación de resultados. Se requiere capacitación en el uso del software a traves del PULSE NET Regional en America Latina. Se integrará información de Laboratorio, Epidemiología y Salud ambiental

  10. PARTICIPACION EN LA BASE DE DATOS REGIONAL - Acceso al software para interpretación de resultados. - Procesamiento y análisis de resultados - Registro de patrones de PFGE que se obtendrán de la Base de Datos Central - Pulse Net.

CRONOGRAMA 2005 - 2007 - Elaboración de un Estudio “Tipificación por PFGE para vigilancia de ETAs en el Perú (Salmonella, E. coli O157:H7) - Equipamiento para PFGE : Sistema de análisis y mantenimiento del Cooling Module. - Colección de cepas de la vigilancia bacteriológica - Estandarización de procedimientos - Procesamiento y análisis de resultados (INS / OGE / DIGESA)
