  4. TENNIS ELBOW Tennis elbow, or lateral epicondylitis, is a painful inflammation of the elbow joint caused by repetitive stress (overuse). The pain is located on the outside (lateral side) of the elbow, but may radiate down the back of your forearm. You’ll likely feel the pain when you straighten or fully extend your arm.

  5. HIP REPLACEMENT A hip replacement is a common type of surgery where a damaged hip joint is replaced with an artificial one (known as an implant).

  6. TORTICOLLIS TREATMENT Torticollis (wry neck, or loxia) is one of a broader category of disorders that exhibit flexion, extension, or twisting of muscles of the neck beyond their normal position. The Latin definition of torticollis means "twisted neck." In torticollis, the neck tends to twist to one side, causing head tilt.

  7. FROZEN SHOULDER Frozen shoulder is a condition that causes shoulder pain and limits the shoulder's range of motion. The limitation in movement affects both active and passive range of motion. That means that your movement is restricted at the shoulder joint both when you try to move your own arm and when someone else (such as your doctor) tries to move your arm for you.

  8. SCOLIOSIS Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine that most often is diagnosed in adolescents. While scoliosis can occur in people with conditions such as cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy, the cause of most childhood scoliosis is unknown. Most cases of scoliosis are mild, but some curves worsen as children grow.

  9. SLIP DISK/LOW BACK ACHE Slip disks (called the lumbar spine area) are relatively common, especially for people in middle age. But you may be surprised by some of the symptoms. This condition is more likely to affect the buttocks, legs, and feet than the back. The good news is that slip discs are easily treatable most of the time.

  10. PERIARTHRITIS SHOULDER Frozen shoulder/Periarthritis shoulder results from the gradual loss of movement in the shoulder (glenohumeral) joint. This joint consists of a ball (the humeral head) and socket (the glenoid). Normally it is one of the most mobile joints in the body. When the shoulder is frozen, the joint has become stuck and its movement is limited.
