  1. Americas HS Feeder pattern Strive for excellence in all endeavors.

  2. Americas HS band Stronger communication between High School and Middle School band programs. Vertical alignment of fundamentals, musical skills, and standards. Stronger emphasis on recruitment and retention – mostly among eighth and ninth grades.

  3. Americas HS theatre Saturday workshop in the fall semester. Better communication between the Middle School and High School campuses. Sharing resources between the Middle School and High School campuses.

  4. Americas HS guitar Increase participation in UIL Solo & Ensemble. Develop a more unified guitar curriculum across the district. Raise the standards of guitar curriculum across the El Paso region.

  5. Americas HS art Promote competiveness between Middle School and High School campuses. Encourage self-expression. Raise the standards of guitar curriculum across the El Paso region.

  6. Americas HS orchestra Have 80% carry over between one grade to the next – retention. Same structure in left-hand technique – finger patterns and scale fingerings. Mature tone quality from both Middle School campuses before advancing to High School.

  7. Americas HS dance To foster creativity and facilitate critical thinking in a collaborative learning environment. Integrating the TEKS/in math, Science, writing thru Dance Students may enhance creative thinking, integrity, discipline, patience and self-confidence which can be applied to all future endeavors.

  8. Americas HS color guard Maintain current color guard trends and rules. Move up one or two placements from previous seasons. Maintain the eligibility calendar for a successful year.

  9. Americas HS Choral To improve the participation of males across all programs. To improve communication and visitation of all schools in the feeder pattern. To achieve Superior ratings across the board at all schools, knowing Excellent is acceptable.
