  6. www.jumpstart.org • A database of personal finance resources from government, business and non-profit organizations. • Once material of interest is found, it can be ordered directly from the source. Many of the materials are low cost or free of charge. By accessing the resources pull down menu one can find links to numerous financial websites. This site offers supporting documentation for the need of financial literacy.

  8. www.mymoney.gov • MyMoney.gov is the U.S. Government's website dedicated to teaching all Americans the basics about financial education. • Budgeting, taxes, credit, financial planning, home ownership, paying for education, privacy, fraud and scams, responding to life events, retirement planning, saving and investing, and starting a small business. • A WEALTH of information with OUTSTANDING links from over 20 federal agencies. FREE information, pamphlets, videos, and other publications available through links provided on website.

Topics include budgeting, managing credit/debt, financial aid, saving for college, home buying, child care, choosing insurance, tax preparedness, and caring for aging parents. • Also includes starting, running, and selling a small business, life crisis, and retirement planning. Offers many tools, such as loan calculators, articles, and other helpful devices.
