  1. Radhia Chaouch Real Estate Professional Radhia Chaouch is the owner and property manager of Chaouch Properties, LLC. She is from Tunis, Tunisia and moved to the United States in 1992. Since she moved, she has learned English and built a career for herself in the community of Cinnaminson, New Jersey. She is thorough and dedicated to her work in bringing the best housing options and services to all of her tenants in the 55 apartments Chaouch Properties owns. Radhia Chaouch moved from her home in Tunisia to Cinnaminson, New Jersey in 1992 looking for greater opportunities. She found a way to create her own property management company.

Since then, in addition to learning a new country, culture, and language, Chaouch has built a real estate management company from the ground up in her adoptive community. Chaouch’s company owns 55 apartments in the area which she manages and maintains for her tenants in many ways so they can enjoy their living space.

She was raised speaking French in the former French colony in North Africa, so she had to learn English and quickly become fluent in it to be successful. Over time, she learned English and also learned how to start her own business. She became the property manager for Chaouch Properties in 2001. Chaouch’s company owns 55 apartments in the area which she manages and maintains for her tenants in many ways so they can enjoy their living space.

  4. Radhia Chaouch Working Hard To Make It In America Radhia Chaouch wanted to make a living for herself in the United States when she moved from Tunisia in 1992. Over the course of nine years, Chaouch educated herself in the English language and how property management worked here. She soon found herself a job working as the property manager for her own property management company, Chaouch Properties in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
