Neutron Irradiation test of FBK SiPM mod 4380 & 5550. 24 – 25 October 2011 irradiation of 8 ‘4380’ and 1 ‘small’ SiPMs. Irradiation time: 11 hours (+ 16 hours annealing) Total fluence: ~6 *10 8 N eq /cm 2 These SiPM are very noisy (also before irradiation).

  5. Irradiation time: 19 hours (+ 33 hours annealing) Total fluence: ~6 *108 Neq/cm2 SiPM 5550 are much less noisy than 4380 (but 1/3 of 5550 vs 1 full 4380!)
