  2. 13th Finance Commission Award-2010-11 to 2014-15 The 13th Finance Commission have recommended the following grants for the year 2010-11 to 2014-15 towards core services such as Drinking water Supply, Sewerage, Solid waste management, street light and Operational Expenses (Maintenance of Accounts of GP by Chartered Accountants, Maintenance of Computers, Remuneration of Computer Operators/Programmers etc).

  4. As per action plan the following amounts (Approximately) under General Area Basic Grant are being utilised in the sector of (O & M) Drinking water supply , Rural Sanitation( C.C Roads) and Operational Expenses of PRIs Rs. In Crore

  5. DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS OF GENERAL AREA BASIC GRANTS UNDER 13TH FINANCE COMMISSION TOWARDS DRINKING WATER SUPPLY AND RURAL SANITATION (C.C. ROAD) FOR THE YEAR 2010-11

  6. More over as per action plan Special Area Basic Grant are being given to the Scheduled Area districts only towards Rural sanitation (C.C roads) as per population criteria. • But General area Performance Grant and Special area Performance grant to be utilised towards Drinking water Supply & rural sanitation ( C.C roads) from 2011-12 to 2014-15 after receipt of Funds from Govt. of India.

  7. Release and Utilisation Position of funds under RGSY Grant during the Financial Year 2008-09 for construction of GP Ghar vide G.O. No. 1332 PR/13.1.2009
