  3. Step 5: CAREFULLY read and analyze all documents. Circle information that catches your attention. Annotate your outside information on the documents.

  4. Step 6: Put everything together. Make final adjustments to your thesis. Organize information to defend your thesis. Acknowledge and prepare to destroy counter-arguments.
