Taylor  Humankind, for eons, has tried to find its meaning and purpose of existence. Spirituality gives an individual a feeling or a sense of purpose that is greater than oneself. It is the belief and idea that there is more to life than our sensory and egoistic experience. Spirituality, in a way, is knowing that humans have a purpose that is intertwined with the cosmic and divine path that exists for every human being or creature in this world. Spirituality is inclusive of notions that are universal such as compassion, kindness, empathy, love, truth and power of knowledge. Reincarnation can also be a significant part of Spirituality. To inculcate this spiritual journey in our daily lives, it must first involve healing, positive ego-building and belief in self-esteem and self-worth. Being vulnerable and holding space for genuine emotions is also a part of the spiritual nature of human beings. There is a deep-rooted connection between nature and the spirituality of humankind. Humans are often known to travel and be amongst nature to get the clarity and answers they seek for their life. Being around nature, especially mountains and hills has an alluring aura that compels people to see their true beauty beyond materialistic prospects. There are a lot of positive connections with the environment while humans grow. It is the first correlation a person has outside their own body and connection with other human beings. It is inbuilt in our core that there is a strong connection between Nature and Humans even before the existence of time. Prehistoric humans would worship nature as a higher power. In this day and age, we must actively make the effort to reconnect with nature and go back to our roots. Mountains and valleys have this ethereal energy that brings peace and answers to everyone who seeks them. When all fails, run to the hills and mountains; they will give you the answers you seek.
