  2. 1) Understand your current situation • If you are in a senior level position then you need to be very much responsible by updating your skills. Get to know about the new role, additional experience or skills must be cultivated and compose a plan which is achievable as well. If you are a software engineer then you need to work on new skills that are required for your further job promotion by attending seminars and workshops.
