  1. Top 7 alternative ways of producing energy There are some familiar sources of generating energy like wind, solar, and geothermal. Let us see some new ways to generate energy by drinking coffee or dancing on the floor. Strange! Right? Let us see some alternate ways of producing energy: 1) Nanotechnology The study of small things is termed as Nanotechnology. You can use this as a new way to generate energy by designing photovoltaic process, the efficiency can be increased. They can transform the energy sources and revolutionize the energy chain from distribution to usage. 2) Natural body heat Let us see how to generate energy using natural body heat. In foreign countries like Paris, London and Stockholm's heat are absorbed from the human bodies from the packed trains and platforms all the collected heat emitted by bodies is stored in tight insulated spaces. This excess heat is converted into hot water with the help of station ventilation systems. This hot water is sent to nearby buildings to be used as a heating source. 3) Exercise Working out is not only good for you but also good for the environment. You just need to imbibe special crystals to the floor for generating piezoelectricity. This is a kinetic energy generated by the compression of special crystals. Scientists are investigating in this new idea to generate energy. 4) Your morning coffee Coffee is not limited to give energy only to you but also to the environment. Scientists have found that a good energy source in waste coffee grounds. A sum of 10 kg coffee could make two liters of biofuel. You can extract biofuel by soaking the grounds in a special oil. This definitely a cheap and the best method. 5) Alcohol For reducing the Alcohol tax in Sweden, 7,00,000 liters of alcohol were thrown as waste. A power plant was developed by the council for turning them into biogas which currently fuels 1000 buses and trucks along with trains. This is one of the different ways to generate energy. 6) Jellyfish

By taking a drop of this in a special silicon circuit and is exposed to a UV light, there is a flow of electrons which leads to the generation of electricity. 7) Algae The water that contains green microorganisms could make a difference in generating energy. Oil is the source of such Microalgae stored energy. This oil can be used as a biofuel which is usable. It is possible to produce surplus amounts of energy because there are lots of algae present in this world.
