Player Name/Number/Roster. In order for us to be able to score games, we must have current and valid team player information, including: First and Last Name Jersey Number Birthdate Hockey Canada Number Player Position i.e. Goalie.

  1. Player Name/Number/Roster • In order for us to be able to score games, we must have current and valid team player information, including: • First and Last Name • Jersey Number • Birthdate • Hockey Canada Number • Player Position i.e. Goalie • Please note that this is the only information that CAHL requires from the association. Any other information that the association chooses to enter into system under Player profile, is strictly at the discretion of the association and CAHL neither prohibits nor consents to this information being inputted. Please be aware that all this information will be available to the public.

  8. New Method • Simply forward your HC Roster to Jodi in Excel Format.

  9. New Method – Webmaster converts to Upload Form • Jodi will have to cut and paste information into this spreadsheet from your roster and upload into the system, so if you are proficient in Excel, please feel free to complete this upload form and send to Jodi. Be sure to still forward HC roster as well.

  10. Becoming a Team Admin • Jodi will assign Association Administrators or Registrars (association must inform Jodi as to whom they want if other than registrar)as the Team Administrator for each team that your association declares • Team Administrator will have the ability to edit player information at your convenience

  12. Online Training • There is online training link in your confirmation email • NOTE: You will not have game recording ability nor will you need to enter your rosters • CAHL Web Administrator (Jodi) is also available for help
