Overview of RFP • The proposal purpose • Design, develop, host and maintain a website • English Language Proficiency Assessment for the 21st Century (ELPA21). • Development integration and test • Specific Tasks • Hosting, Maintenance, Planning, IA, design, development, Analytics and Training. • New Web Site • Support several linked sites • Central coordination • Information repository portal for ELPA21.
