FFCA (Fédération Française de Cuisine Amateur) • Mission: For-profit organization for amateur cooks & food lovers • Founded: September 2008 • Number of members: 5000 • Partners: 500 blogs, 450 amateur cooking schools in France, food companies • Major activities: Organizing cooking classes & cooking competitions Providing cooking-related information • Main events: French amateur cooking championship (since 2008) Table setting championship (since 2009)

Recrutement of Participants • Period: July 10 – August 15 • Method: E-mailing • Target: - 220 LG product owners (data collected by FS CRM) - 120 bloggers (LG network) - 5000 FFCA members • Selection of Finalists • Period: August 16 – September 9 • Number of finalists: 6 • Criteria: - Best recipes reflecting the theme « Cooking of Light » - Visual presentation • Jury: LG & FFCA • Recipe Adaptation & Training • Period: September 10 – September 23 • Participants will adapt recipes with SolarCUBE and train themselves. • Product to be rented: MP-3297IXC (SteamChef)

Final • Date: Thursday, September 24 • Time: 12 pm – 7:30 pm • Place: « Atelier Guy Martin » in the 8th district of Paris Cooking school run by Guy Martin, 3 Michelin star rated chef • Jury: 3 celebrities in the domain of « French gastronomy » - Guy Martin - Jean Pierre Coffe: Journalist (France 2, Canal+, Europe 1, RTL) - Delphine de Montalier: Author of renowned cookbooks • Program of the day 12:00 Welcome & Introduction • 13:30 SolarCUBE demonstration • 15:45 Competition • 17:10 Presentation • 19:00 Award ceremony
