Ensure the handbrake is press “on” and remove the keys. • Install Wheel chalk to restrain tires • Raise vehicle Using the jack and axle stands elevate the car to a comfortable height. • Place the oil recovery pan (drain pan) underneath the engine • Warm up the engine: Start the vehicle and allow the engine to reach normal operating temperature.
