Try our Resume Search – an alternative sourcing tool for you to pro-actively look for jobseekers that fit your position. How to do it? A. Click on the Resume Search tab B. Select the search you want: - Simple - Advanced - Role Based A. Click on Resume Search B. Select your search NEXT

  2. SiVA Online Tutorial Resume Searching Step 2 of 4 At the Search Filter page, A. Click on Search if you would like the search to be based on specific keywords, e.g.: quality assurance B. Select your additional advanced search criteria and click on the Searchbutton. Tips: General search criteria: - Current Position Level - Current Specialization & Qualification - Field of Study - Work Authorization (Citizen/Resident of) - State of residence C. Candidates who meet your criteria will be displayed In the Search Result Summary page CLICK HERE A. Quick search based on specific keywords B. Additional advanced search criteria PREVIOUS

  4. SiVA Online Tutorial Resume Searching Step 3 of 4 At the Search Result Summary Page: A. To add/reduce on current search criteria, you may modify your search by clicking on Modify Search. B. To retain your search criteria for future reference, click on Save This Search. C. To request resume, tick on the check box beside the Reference ID and click on Request Resume. D. BookmarkingFeature allows you to bookmark your searched candidates for future references or Request them to apply at a later stage. Tick on the check box beside the Reference ID and click on the Add to Bookmarks button. *No credit will be deducted for bookmarking a candidate. A. Modify Search B. Save Search C. Request Resume D. Bookmark Resume PREVIOUS NEXT

What is an Open Resume? * Full details displayed, which are ready to be viewed by potential employer * Once requested, you can retrieve the resume immediately What is a Confidential Resume? * Partial details displayed; certain details and other identifiable information will be hidden * Once requested, notification email will be sent to candidate who will agree whether or not to allow potential employer to view full details NOTE: Select your option and click on the Continue button to proceed with your request.
