  2. Hello, we are happy to have you here! I moved my young family to Central Oregon in 2017, and we have never looked back. The community and the great outdoors are what sold us. So it is no wonder it has been growing so quickly, but the construction sticker prices and wait times can shock everyone at ?rst. I felt compelled to assist both homebuyers and sellers to receive correct current market pricing on their real estate construction needs. Making all necessary repairs and having the deal go through is what we strive for. Shortly after moving to Bend, I called around looking for contractors for various home improvements. Most didn’t return the call and when they did they were booked out. A painter said he can do the job over a year out! While Central Oregon real estate sales have grown, the construction labor market has not kept up at the same pace. Construction schedules can get pushed out based around our long winters. In 2018, we established a home inspection repairs company in Sunriver to lend my extensive 30+ year construction background to assist homebuyers and sellers in their real estate transactions. It may seem unnecessary to say that we’ll return your call, but we actually do! When new clients call, they are going down a list of contractors and not getting callbacks. Until they get to us. Our business has since grown to meet our client’s needs for post-sale improvements and repairs as well.
