Pam’s SWOT ANALYSIS W • Strengths • Scientific backround – BSC (Hons) Biochemistry • Experience working in the pharmaseutical envirnoment • Hard Working - Capable of working independently and as part of a fast pased dynamic invirnoment • Energetic and Positive • Good learner and good communicator • Good people skills • Critical thinker • Weaknesses • Inexperienced in setting up a business • Financial management • Inexperience in treating and maintaining the care of individual patients • My personality does not always depict a professional demenor • Opportunities • There is a need for anternative therapies in modern society • Patients are sourcing more holistic therapies and are looking for non surgical and non drug related cures • There is lack of multidiciplanary clinics in the country • I posess a strong network medical professionals from different diciplans that will be benificial in setting up a multidiciplanary clinic • Threats • Obtaining financial support for initial set up • Doctors and other practitioners not refferring and supporting the practise • Health care reform • Fellow graduates opening up clinics • My fulltime current job • Finding a suitable location – easily accessable with parking at the right cost S T O
