    1. PSTracker What is PSTracker? A project and process management application that provides real-time, web-based project status updates Quality and consistency of project work are maintained with PSTracker, allowing manager and project staff to interactively communicate project status

    2. PSTracker Project View Generates real-time project and deliverable percent complete in an objective fashion Multiple projects can be managed at any time

Project staff update items as they are completed Process flow can be monitored by managers to ensure production and QC consistency and standardization Comment fields allow production staff to keep in better touch regarding project related issues Steps can be added or modified on the fly through an easy web interface PSTracker Step View
