  3. How: Student Study Goals

  4. Notes about student evaluation • You need to assign each student a number (that they use all year). • Their letter-number code = your letter + their number • Do not send us any information about which student is assigned which number. • Please send us pre-surveys in addressed envelope (do not put your name or school on the envelope). • Hold onto the PMMs for the year. They will need to revisit them during the post-survey in late April.

  5. How: Teacher Study Goals

  6. Notes about teacher evaluations • Use your letter code on all surveys. • Try not to include school or city name in responses. • All surveys will be done via Qualtrics online, expect PMM in the exit survey. It will be provided to you with a return envelope at the Student Research Symposium.
