  3. OSP License is the legal document required to be able to run a call center.

  4. The OSP License is provided by the Department of Telecommunication or DOT.

  5. 1. Get a company registered (if you haven’t already). License 2. File the application of OSP license along with the documents. 3. Obtain the License.

  6.  Certificate of Incorporation of the company.  Memorandum of Association.  Articles of Association.  Board Resolution authorizing the authorised signatory.  Purpose of the OSP center.  Share holding patterns of the company.
