Ingredients • 3 Ripe Avocados - chopped • 1 Medium Onion - chopped • 1-2 Medium Roma tomatoes - chopped • 2-3 large cloves garlic - minced • 1-2 jalapeño peppers (depending on desired taste) - minced • ½ teaspoon cumin • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper • Juice of one lime • Salt and black pepper to taste

  5. How To know if the avocado is ripe • A ripe avocado is dark purplish brown in color. It is no longer green.   6. Directions • If you have a food processor: • Peel and rough chop onion and garlic and remove seeds and veins from jalapeño peppers place these ingredients in food processor pulse until chopped. Add lime juice, cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper and pulse. Set aside. (If you do not have a food processor all this can be done with a knife) • Chop tomatoes into small pieces with a knife. • Remove avocados from skins and chop into small pieces using a knife or pastry cutter. Add chopped tomatoes. • Add onion/pepper/garlic mixture and stir well. • Eat immediately or cover and refrigerate. www.youtube.com
