E-Learning Implementation • Develop within each office or program within SCDOE the internal capacity to design,develop, and deliver targeted professional development • “Proof of Concept” with the Curriculum and Standards Office • Single office controlling 100% of the State’s K-12 curriculum • Supplement existing math, science, ELA, and technology coaches programs with online facilitator training • Change instructional & administrative practices over time through sustained online professional development • Model for other SDE offices
