Antecedentes: Años ´80: agricultores de diferentes lugares del país interactúan en organizaciones científicas, técnicas y de comercialización Año 1991: la Secretaría de Agricultura convoca a los sectores involucrados para desarrollar un marco normativo y de certificación Año 1992: el ex IASCAV reglamenta la producción orgánica en Argentina mediante la Res 423/92 Año 1999: Ley Nacional 25.127 y Decretos Reglamentarios. Un producto orgánico: Se produce sin el uso de agroquímicos Se produce mediante un sistema productivo sustentable, que mantiene o incrementa la fertilidad del suelo y la biodiversidad y que requiere de un manejo racional de los recursos naturales Se produce respetando el bienestar y las conductas naturales de los animales Requiere un sistema de trazabilidad y registros CALIDAD CERTIFICADA,NUEVA TECNOLOGÍA DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DE VALOR CACER 2008 - 7º SALÓN DE ALIMENTOS Y BEBIDAS DEL MERCOSUR – SIAL 5º JORNADAS DE LA ASOCIACIÓN DE SUPERMERCADOS UNIDOS – ASU

  4. Si es un producto elaborado, contiene al menos el 95 % de sus ingredientes producido en forma orgánica. No contiene conservantes, saborizantes y colorantes químicos Está certificado por una certificadora habilitada y supervisada por el SENASA Está rotulado de acuerdo a los requisitos establecidos por el SENASA CALIDAD CERTIFICADA,NUEVA TECNOLOGÍA DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DE VALOR CACER 2008 - 7º SALÓN DE ALIMENTOS Y BEBIDAS DEL MERCOSUR – SIAL 5º JORNADAS DE LA ASOCIACIÓN DE SUPERMERCADOS UNIDOS – ASU

Sistema de Control y certificación: Establecido por el SENASA mediante resoluciones Requiere que los interesados en CERTIFICAR sus productos: Presenten un plan de producción orgánica a una certificadora habilitada Cumplan las normas orgánicas establecidas por la certificadora en su Cuaderno de Normas Acepten el régimen de inspecciones establecido por la certificadora CALIDAD CERTIFICADA,NUEVA TECNOLOGÍA DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DE VALOR CACER 2008 - 7º SALÓN DE ALIMENTOS Y BEBIDAS DEL MERCOSUR – SIAL 5º JORNADAS DE LA ASOCIACIÓN DE SUPERMERCADOS UNIDOS – ASU
