  3. The (French) Unitron Way L’approche Unitron

  4. How it all began • Kick off event on January 22nd

  5. TUW kick-off event • After building a cx operational group including logistics, repair and service departments we organized a kick-off event with all Shared Service members with the following scope: • Inform about Unitron, our mission and what customer experience means to us • Engage everyone with our brand

  6. It’s up to U – the blue pill • All Shared Service members were invited in 4 groups in order to ensure a continued work flow in all departments • Who is Unitron - Talk about our mission values and service approach • Hand-out of “The Unitron Way” book and the blue pill • Celebrate the birth of the French Unitron Way by asking everyone his/ her Favorite Sound (photos were handed out later) • Feedback: • People were surprised by the invitation as they don’t have many common events or meetings • Many liked to get more information on our strategy, some admitted that they had no idea about Unitron before • Shared Sercice members liked being seen as part of the team

  7. The story continues… • Follow up event on April 18th

TUW follow-up event • The main theme for this follow-up event was to keep people informed and engaged • News about Unitron and the recent product launch of Moxi Kiss • Sharing some photos and results of the Congress in Paris • Present the results of our filming in January – launch the French Meet Unitron movie • Thank them for their participation at Meet Unitron • Thank them for their efforts for the French Congress

  9. The Charter • Internal launch on July 9th

The launch of the charter • The main theme for this Unitron mini event was the introduction of the Unitron charter • Update on our the latest service initiatives • Go through each point of our new charter and explain the details • Start the Unitron (Holiday) Way by handing out • the charter with a card holder • a TUW beach mat • TUW flip flops

Key learnings • It is important to engage the Shared Services by regular meetings or mini events • Always give enough background information and explanations • Try to have a fun and/ or at least a culinary part in the event • Have regular meetings but don’t exaggerate in regards to the duration • Always say “thank you” for their support in the Unitron Way
