  3. After that come to this corner and look at the shapes you can use to make a GIF with 

  4. After you choose a picture decide what you are going to do with it.

  5. I am going to make a GIF of a dancing guy

  6. Come right click on state 1 And go to duplicate state and click it once then go to state 2

  7. You will now make the next movement in your GIF. I made it were the guys foot will tap. After you do this duplicate state 2. After each change duplicate the last state like I showed you.

  8. After you make all your states you will need to adjust the speed.

  9. Then your gonna go over to the number by the states, doubleclick it, and change it to 12 if you want it medium speed, 17 if you want it slow, or keep it seven if you want it fast.

  10. Go to save as

  11. Save as animated GIF

  12. Go to wherever you saved it and open it up.

  13. It should look something like this.
