Es la retribución salarial a que tiene derecho el generada con un documento administrativo que detalla los valores que se deben pagar y contabilizar en contraprestación del cumplimiento de su labor a los diferentes beneficiarios que se dan dentro de un Contrato de Trabajo. Para realizarla se deben tener en cuenta la legislación laboral y las normas estatutarias establecidas en el país.
