  1. Matthew Trim Brought Many Positive Changes in Trims Retail with His Excellent Strategies Matthew Trim is a former Retail Operations Manager at Trims Retail, Adelaide, SA (1998-2003). He was responsible for operations management, cost maintenance, policies and procedures, sales, IT marketing, management reporting and HR across all Trim Clothing’s retail stores in South Australia. One of his key achievements in Trims Retail was playing a lead role in the execution of commercial management strategies which drove growth within the group beyond $15m per annum. He achieved this through focusing on factors like modernisation and continual process improvements. In the area of retail sales strategy management, Matthew Trim successfully – Implemented a risk managed scalable and price effective market strategy which led to an increase in the sales by more than 50% Implemented online selling Supported individual store managers to achieve KPIs and budgets Initiated the opening of a new satellite store Modernised stores in alignment with global best practice Additionally, Matthew implemented the marketing strategy for the business; led the new store process from identifying new locations, due diligence, lease negotiations, fit-out to store opening; and successfully sourced and managed the integration of a new $200k PoS system. In 2003, Matthew Trim founded a Hospitality group that encompassed restaurants, bars and pubs across the North Adelaide and Norwood region employing approximately 70 employees. Later in 2012, he purchased 131 Pizza and built it to be the largest independent pizza group in Australia. Since 2017, he has been successfully running his commercial real estate agency, ‘Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group’ in Adelaide, South Australia.
