Matthew Trim is the former Business Development Director of 131 Pizza, which became the largest independent pizza group within Australia under his direction from 2012 to 2017. While managing business relationships, he set up and maintained key stakeholder relationships, negotiated contracts with key suppliers, developed solutions to meet consumer demands, and led the achievement of business objectives related to customer satisfaction and profitability. Additionally, he actively promoted products and services to achieve sales growth, took part in internal and external customer debriefs, & developed online portal for clients ordering from wholesalers. Apart from successfully building 131 Pizza to become the largest independent Pizza Group within Australia with more than 200 member stores nation-wide, he set up new website and online ordering portal plus ordering app and worked with a number of restaurants to help increase their revenue and profitability. He successfully developed new business streams that aided organisational profitability and implemented Salesforce CRM which increased business productivity.
