  5. Ingredients • Dry Fruits (sliced almonds, pistachios & dry coconut) – ½ cup • Milk – 1 cup Milk - 1 Cup • Makhana/ lotus seeds/ foxnuts – 1 cup • Sugar – 2 tbsp. Ghee – 1 tbsp Makhana 1 Cup • Cardamom Powder( Ilaayche ) -1 tsp • Ghee – 1 tbsp Dry Fruit – ½ Cup Ilaayche – 1 tbsp Sugar – 2 tbsp

Procedure • Take a pan and heat the Ghee • Once the Makhana are cooked and milk gets thicker then add sugar. • Add Makhana • Stir to coat Ghee evenly on them • Cook further for 2 minutes. • Add Cardamom Powder • Roast on low flame till it gets golden • Keep stirring regularly to avoid sticking of milk at the bottom of the pan. • Once Makhana roasted, Add milk. • Now Roasted Makhana Kheer is ready to serve. • Stir properly and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. • Add chopped dry fruits and mix it well. • Cook it till the Makhana softer
