  2. Isaac Newton’s life Isaac was born on Christmas day December 25 1642 according to the Julian calendar which was used in England at the time. On our calendar that is January 4th 1643. He was born three months after his father died. His mother re-married when he was three and he disliked his stepfather. His stepfather died again when when he was about seventeen. Newton was forced to leave school, but then came back and became a top student. In June 1661 he admitted to Trinity College, Cambridge. It was rumoured that Newton was engaged, but he never did.In 1665, he discovered the generalised binomial theorem and started to develop a mathematical theory that later became calculus. He received his B.A. in August 1665. Newton published a book called “Principle Itself” in 1687, also he published another book called Opticks in 1704. He also published many more books. Newton died on March 20th 1726.

  4. Why the scientist’s work was important It is important because It helps us learn more about motion and what to expect from it. Because of Newton’s discoveries physics and astronomy we have been able to discover much more. We know how planets work and our solar system, how the moon orbits the Earth. He has given us a better understanding of what goes on in our world and around it. The math we learn today was because Isaac Newton was one of the people that change our world and how it goes. We have a better understanding on why the Earth rotates around the sun. We also find out why the laws of motion is important.Because of Isaac Newton and all other scientist we know more about our world.
