  12. 看護師の待遇 • 大多数の看護師は労働組合（Union)に所属 • 日本に比べて高収入 • ８時間勤務、１２時間勤務 • 週労３６－３７．５時間でフルタイム • 多様な時間の雇用形態 • Overtimeは希望により可能（強制はない） • 有給休暇の完全消化 • 毎年一定の教育費 • 年に１２日の病欠 • 歯科、マッサージセラピーなどのExtendedMedical • 安定した年金制度
