  1. How to Complete a Level 1 (Quality Chapter) application

  2. Beginning the Application

  3. Sign in using your log-in information

  4. On the main page, locate the CEP icon and click on it

  5. Click on Add New

  6. Now your school has a NEW CEP Application

  7. Review of Status Definitions

  8. Click the number in the edit column to open your blank application

  9. Complete CEP Cover Page – necessary contact information and signatures

  10. You can complete the application as a chapter or as individual sections but not both

  11. Unduplicated student enrollment number

  12. Next we have certifications – but we will revisit them in a moment!

  13. You must be able to answer YES at ALL 6 Indicators Why these 6? Key to a successful chapter! Click YES as we go through the list – what happens if NO is selected? Resource link appears.

  19. List one major activity for each component and 2-3 essential elements that student’s developed.

  20. Once completed, click save

  21. Now that we have entered information and are ready to submit Level 1 – we need to certify that the information is accurate Chapters do not submit any paperwork or documentation for the activities or the 6 indicators

  22. Once certifications are in place, click on Submit Application If required information is missing, you will receive an error message

  23. Type SUBMIT in the box and then click on confirm

  24. No longer able to edit Level 1 • Status has changed to Quality – met the standard so automatic • SD and Advisor receive an email of congratulations & next steps • Level 2 is now open for you

  25. You can print a PDF of your Level 1 Application

  26.  First Level – Honors chapters for achieving essential standards of excellence as a “Quality Chapter.”
