  1. How Frequently You Need to Update Your Website

  2. A website is an online tool for your physical business to gain more clientage. Or if you sell a product entirely online then your website is the most important platform for your business to perform. Just like having a physical store in Singapore has new inventory and aesthetic revamps happening after a certain period of time, your website also needs a similar kind of nourishment.

  3. Although many experts say that you need to update your website every 2 to 3 years at least, more realistically speaking, it should happen more often. However, there is no fixed time frame in which to update your website. But, there are a few factors that need to be kept in mind and they should let you know when your website needs an update.

  4. 1. There aren't Enough Leads A lead is when a visitor to your website initiates the process of showing interest in your product. Doing business is all about interacting with an audience and getting them interested in your product.

  5. If your website isn't generating enough leads, then it's about time that you make some changes. You could have a separate page for promotions, giveaways, and subscriptions which is a great way to start. Moreover, it is all about learning with time and sees what works for you. If a certain change gives you relatively betterweb design results, then you can adopt that strategy and work on it. The goal is to work on your website constantly so as to keep getting results.

  6. 2. You Aren't Getting Enough Conversions A conversion is when a visitor to your website becomes your customer, as the name implies. Conversions are necessary to keep an inflow of cash to keep the business running. However, conversions aren't all that easy. If you aren't getting sufficient amount of conversions, then you could particularly focus on some 'call to action' strategies. They encourage the user to consume your product.

  7. Moreover, there are different keywords for conversion than there are for generating traffic. Generating traffic is the first step but then leads and conversions are what traffic should converge to. Therefore, if you are getting enough traffic but not enough conversions then you can work on some keywords to give you more conversions alongside.

  8. 3. The Aesthetics aren't how they should be At a first glance, your website should be aesthetically friendly. This means that a user finds it pleasing to look at and browse through. Furthermore, this means that your web design should be easy to navigate through; visitors should easily be able to look for products etc. You could try and make yourwebsite more user-friendly and work on some graphic designing to achieve the desired aesthetics.

  9. 4. Your Design is not Up to Date This relates to the fact that visitors need some assurance on the authority of the business and if your website looks like it was made 10 years ago, you don't achieve authority. This doesn't mean you need to be innovative and way out of the box. However, this does mean that your website should look like it's a product of today.

  10. Promote your website across all social media platforms in Singapore which will increase online traffic to your website. Apart from your website material, share also blog articles, case studies, job opportunities, other valuable and informative content with your customer will drive more traffic to your business website design in Singapore. Also, use trending hashtags in your content which also helps to increase the visibility of your content. The more quality content you will create and share on social media, the more online traffic you can generate for your business website.

  11. Moreover, this result can be achieved by browsing through some newer themes or having a graphic designer work on your website. A good website that is updated regularly builds quite some credibility for the business.
