Personalized Communications • From time to time, participants will receive personalized, written communications from the GaBreeze Benefits Center that: • Remind them to take action (typically on GaBreeze or through the benefits center) • Confirm actions they have taken (typically on GaBreeze or through the benefits center) • Provide information • The GaBreeze Benefits Center can answer participants’ questions about these mailings, but we want you to feel prepared to do so as well

Using Reports: HR Edits • Hewitt • Posts each agency’s Edit Report to the GaBreeze Employer Web site daily • Agencies • Retrieve the Edit Report • Resolve edits and correct errors, such as missing data/blank fields and invalid values, associated with participant accounts (see “Using Reports: HR Edits” handout for more detailed information) • Contact SPA Team with questions • SPA Team • Provides assistance with resolving edits

Using Reports: Annual Benefits Salary Upload Report • Definition • Allows manual agencies to provide a mass update of Annual Benefit Salaries once a year • Current State • Agencies receive a printed document from SPA • Update and return to SPA for manual entry in FLEX • Future State  • Automated agencies can provide updates via the HR interface prior to the cutoff date

Downloading Reports • Reports are delivered to Your Reports tab under Download Reports • Access to HR, payroll, and financial reports, depending on agency profile • Payroll Reports (includes Benefit Deduction Report (used to confirm payments to SPA) • Weekly reports available by 12:00 pm ET • Monthly payroll agencies • Recommended approach: Download files weekly; update payroll system • HR Reports • Select one report at a time to download • Only latest report is needed • Available by 12:00 pm ET • Financial Reports(including Financial Manager Report used to pay SPA) • Monthly reports delivered around the 10th of the month

Uploading Reports • Agencies can upload .txt files that are comma delimited • See the sample file and requirements on the Uploading reports page:How to Upload Reports • Files are edited during Upload • Flag invalid record • List valid, invalid, and total records • Upload may be cancelled to allow agencies to correct invalid records • Only one upload of each type per day
