  16. Pipeline EDI non CargoLink –Scope CL SAIMA/DINAS & Vice Versa • 1. Phase • Receive Import consignment in CargoLink with pick up in DE/IT/CH • Transfer consignment from CargoLink to SAIMA/DINAS • SAIMA/DINAS will arrange for pick up and transfer back the EDI • CargoLink receives the EDI and the original booking will be updated with SAIMA/DINAS information • 2. Phase • Same as the above but the other way around. SAIMAS/DINAS CL

Pipeline EDI non CargoLink –Overall functional solution EDI consignmet from CONSEND ( IFTMIN ) E-service, manually or EDI-consignment IOC IOC to PODHIS ( IFTSTA ) SAIMA or Dinas CargoLink Import transport til ARR ( IFCSUM ) • Advantages: • The receiving Partner do no need to spend time typing in the consignment as it is • transfered directly into their TMS system • No more double bookings in the system after receiving the export EDI from Partner as is today • No more credit notes for EDI/e-services customers for booking manually as the exportEDI creates a new consignment • E-services customers can track&trace their shipments on their e-services domain

How can you as a country, who is increasing, help another country increase? Group Work • Come up with 3 initiatives to improve • DSV e-services that will serve the Business • Come up with 3 initiatives to attract more customers to use DSV e-services/EDI • Come up with 3 initiatives globally between the countries to help eachother
