  5. INFECTION URINAIRE • Le diagnostic dépend de l’ECBU • Le traitement dépend des résultats du laboratoire (résistances ?) • Faut-il l’explorer ?

  6. PCT et première infection urinaire : Eviter les cystographies ?

  7. Si PCT < 0,5 dans une infection urinaire • PAS de cystograhie pour rechercher un reflux • PCT < 0,5 : pas de cicatrice rénale
