The Problem vs The Access Solution Problem Access Solution • Blue Waters of Indiana, Inc is behind the times. • The company uses a paper trail and things can easily be overlooked. • Easy tasks, such as finding contact information, waste the precious time that employees could spend doing more productive items. • Clients get lost in the mix of what class they are in for swim lessons. • Create a database • The database will store these paper trails • Access will make looking up contact information of employees and clients faster. • Each client and what class they are specifically taking will be in the database and will save time.

  4. The Business Value Our Access database will bring value to Blue Waters of Indiana, Inc by making information of class capacity, type, and clients easier and quicker to access. This will give more time to marketing and implementing the actual swim lessons easier and could increase the profit the company makes, just by adding a simple database.
