    4. SOCPA 2005 s132(1) Any person who organises a demonstration in a public place in the designated area, or takes part in a demonstration in a public place in the designated area, or carries on a demonstration by himself in a public place in the designated area, is guilty of an offence if, when the demonstration starts, authorisation for the demonstration has not been given under section 134(2).

    5. SOCPA, s134(3) hindrance to any person wishing to enter or leave the Palace of Westminster, hindrance to the proper operation of Parliament, serious public disorder, serious damage to property, disruption to the life of the community, a security risk in any part of the designated area, risk to the safety of members of the public (including any taking part in the demonstration).

    6. SOCPA, s134(4) .. the place where the demonstration may, or may not, be carried on, the times at which it may be carried on, the period during which it may be carried on, the number of persons who may take part in it, the number and size of banners or placards used, maximum permissible noise levels.
