A new world of information • Open performance benchmarks will become the single most important tool for change of all kinds of services: • Governance, funding • Provision • Consumption • Pre-vetted, authorised information – or a free flow of competitive sources? • Who challenges the System? • Setting new standards - as long as you add value.
