Highlights of this quarter • 131cinema screens across 45 properties as of date - India’s largest cinema chain • Establishing a 200+ screens network in United States of America across 28 properties, 24 Cities which will be operational during the course of the year • Adlabs cinemas won the “Retailer of the Year” Award at the Reid & Taylor Awards for Retail Excellence for the 2nd consecutive year • Synergy Adlabs’ first Hindi fiction show – Jiya Jale on air on channel INX - highest TRP rating • Financial Highlights • Consolidated Revenue at Rs.129.5 Cr. , YoY growth 23% • Consolidated EBIDTA at Rs. 50.8 Cr, YoY growth 73% • Consolidated PBT at Rs. 36.5 Cr, YoY growth at 45% • Consolidated PAT at Rs. 21.7 Cr

Services : Processing Lab • Processed 6,201 prints, 31% increase over last year, 3% increase over previous quarter • Increase in revenue by 26% over last year & 12% over last quarter • During Jan to Mar ’08 : Slate of films include Halla Bol,Jodhaa Akbar, God Tussi Great Ho, Bombay to Bangkok, Sunday, Wednesday, The Great Indian Butterfly, Black N White, Woodstock Villa

Cinemas • Financials in the Quarter • Increase in revenue by 75% over last year & 4% over last quarter • Increase in EBIDTA by 48% over last year & 11% over last quarter • Current Footprint : 131 screens across 45 properties & total capacity of 45,238 • Establishing a 200 screen chain with a nationwide footprint across the US, covering 28 cities including the key markets in East, Mid West and West Coast . • To play mainstream Hollywood films and Indian films viz., Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. • Screens will be operational during the course of the year • Prestigious property launched – Adlabs at ‘The Great India Place’ at Noida • Adlabs Cinemas won the ‘Retailer of the Year’ Award at the Reid & Taylor Awards for Retail Excellence for the 2nd consecutive year

Content - Television • Successfully completed celebrity dance show Jhalak Dikhla Ja–2, on Sony TV • First Hindi fiction – Jiya Jale went on air on channel INX - highest TRP rating • Bollywood based quiz show Bollywood Ka Boss hosted by Boman Irani, on Sahara Filmy • Education based fiction Angrezi Mein Kehte Hai to go on air on NDTV Imagine • 16 shows commissioned/ under production translating into 1000 hrs of programming
