How was CASSC Established? • Established by the Faculty Commission on March 16, 1998 • Structure for faculty participation in curriculum, instruction, and other academic and student support areas • Selection procedures for appointments of faculty to collegewide and campus CASSCs • Methods for ensuring broad faculty participation in academic/student support matters

  5. When did CASSC begin to meet? • College and campus CASSCs began meeting in the fall of 1998. • Committees reporting to the College CASSC began meeting in the fall of 2000.

  6. Who makes up CASSC? The membership is intended to maximize representation from all the constituents of our college community, all the disciplines, and every campus.
