  1. Modules of Hotel PMS Software A hotel PMS software offers hotel information and online room reservation facilities. Traditionally, in a manual system, a user had to visit the hotel in person or make telephone calls to make a booking. The web-based systems allow people to book hotel rooms from the comfort of their couch. A hotel PMS allows hotels or a chain of hotels to optimize their front-desk operations like bookings, management of room rates, assigning rooms, etc. A PMS property management system allows administrators to establish databases for updating new employee records, paying calculations, and taking regular attendance. Besides, it allows the administrator to view or modify database content as and when required. There are three modules of hotel PMS software: •Admin module: An admin module is responsible for managing the entire project. It’s divided into submodules like staff, room status, admin login,

Besides, an administrator is responsible for administering both the back-end and front-end operations of the device. •User modules: A user module allows consumers to view the details available on the hotel’s website on this module itself. Users can also book accommodation or rooms in advance after completing advance payments. •Users are required to log into a specific registration system. Besides, users will gain access to the platform’s front-end only. These encompass submodules like login module, registry module, reservation module, knowledge module, and communication module. Booking space: The booking page will take the user directly to the reservation’s login page. A new client or user will have to register on the website or software. Next, they’ll be required to log in to the page with important credentials like passwords and user names. After completing the sign-in process, the users will have to complete several protocols. For example, the user must enter relevant information or details on the reservation page.
