  2. 42-year-old woman with GBM treated with daily temozolomide at first relapse on the NCIC-CTG/EORTC Trial CR after 4 cycles continuous TMZ 50 mg/m2 PD: 9 mo after RT/TMZ, 6 cycles adjuvant TMZ
